Rooting advantages and disadvantages a deeper view

Description of

Rooting is a word which we might have surely have come across once . At least most of us . So let me explain to everyone who hasn’t come across it yet or don’t have any idea about it . Rooting is a way by which one can gain control of the devices administrative commands or we can say that one gains the total control of their device .

Well I think most of you might have got some idea about it I will now talk about the advantages and disadvantages related with rooting so that our knowledge about rooting gets broader.

Advantages –

  1. Themes – we can say that themes are the graphics that are displayed on the screen of our device . Once we have rooted our device we have an enormous range of themes to choose from for our device which we earlier did not have access to .
  2. The battery and speed – well we might have many a times faced a problem of finding our device drained of its battery a lot quicker than expected . So this problem can be solved by rooting the device and not just that but we will also observe that by rooting we can also increase the speed of our device drastically .
  3. Custom ROM’S – in the market today leading software can be tomorrow’s history so if you do not have a big bank balance and still want to go hand in hand with the latest technology , then you can root your device and then with he help of customary ROM’S update your device’s technology.
  4. Backup for device – well most of us find ourselves in a great trouble and unable to do anything it the data stored on the device is lost due to any reason . Well to get rid of this problem one can use rooting to create backup of the device .

Disadvantages –

  1. Bricking – the term bricking can be explained as messing up with your device in such a manner that it is unfit for any further use and in extreme cases it might even make the device a piece of junk . One cannot even go to the manufacturer for repairing the device .
  2. Warranty voided – well once you have rooted your device , even if it’s under the manufacturers warranty they won’t even touch the device because all the manufacturers have a policy of not attending to the device which once has been rooted.
  3. Security concern – after rooting your device it becomes more prone to the malware and other malicious objects .

A final review –

From all the above discussed we can conclude rooting advantages and disadvantages, I can come to a conclusion that rooting is a gift for all the device users and that it actually gives the complete rights of your own device . But there are always two sides to a story and for this I would surely like to say one thing that one should only get their device rooted by an expert or should root their device themselves after considering about all the consequences
